The central stem is not long enough
Just received this umbrella. Seems to be of fair quality and time will tell how long it lasts. However the central stem is very short so when attached to a stand it cannot be angled down well. If the central stem was a foot longer and sturdier ( with a small hole in the white diaphragm to allow it through ) then it could be angled down much better. At the moment the stand has to go through a side slit and that limits angling it fully.

Good piece of kit.
Easy to assemble and throws great light (using AD200) . Seems like decent quality. The only drawback is that on an upright stand it doesn't tilt as much as I'd like as this is dictated by the depth of the unit and the length of the access zip. It can we worked around but it's just something to bear in mind. Delivery time was reasonable / slightly slower than expected and it was well packaged and item was as described.

big and bold
nice product, easy assembly, honeycomb grid would be a nice addition to make it even more flexible but decent quality item. It is quite large when open and needs a fair bit of space to work with.
