I like the product so far, but still testing it out.
Still in the throws of testing this product out. Have been taking two tablets a day for just over 1 month and on my second month's supply, seeing how it affects my periods. So far, o.k, but was very nausea's the day before my period started this month, not happened since I was younger! So, still testing for another couple of months to see if there are any other symptoms.

Very nice product
I suffer from terrible PMS, the main symptoms of which are anxiety, irritability and low mood. I have been taking this product for a month. Usually my PMS symptoms last 10 days but this month my symptoms didn't start until about 5 days before I was due and were considerably less severe. I don't know how much of this is down to this product but it certainly hasn't hurt and I feel good in the knowledge that I am taking a supplement that covers all my womanly needs.
