Bought this for my mum as a joke present for Christmas for when she's using her rifle. She put it on and went outside and we've still not found her, it's been 7 months

I took a punt on this product as I've been getting more into wildlife photography, having stumbled upon deer and badgers and foxes in the past just in regular clothing, before startling them and missing shots.It's brilliant! Way better than I thought it'd be. Key points:- I'm 5'10 and weigh about 12.5 stone and it fits really well, doesn't feel too tight or too baggy and there's lots of give in the elasticated waist.- It's really light weight and folds down into a small size that fits easily in your backpack. It's easy to put on over the top of your regular clothes and easy to take off too. The bottoms are elasticated at the waist and also have a drawstring. The outlets on the legs are also elasticated which is useful.In terms of its effectiveness at keeping you camouflaged when looking for wildlife, I've had lots of success lately:- The fist thing I noticed was in woodland, I realised that pigeons were getting spooked much later than when you normally get near to them, implying that they haven't spotted me whilst wearing the Ghillie until I've got a lot closer (this is without even attempting to be stealthy).- On my first wear as I was standing still next to a small tree in a field on one occasion watching a bird of prey in the air, a wild hare strolled past me no more than 6 foot away. We both noticed each other at the same time after I turned to look at him but until that point he had no idea I was there.- A baby rabbit literally walked between my legs as I stood still watching him coming and going from his den, completely unaware I was a potential predator.I'm really happy with the potential for getting closer to wildlife this suit is showing. I'd tried a much more expensive option before, buying a wildlife watching hide from Wex for about £80.00, but it was completely impractical for me, much heavier, larger, more cumbersome, the top kept collapsing in on me and there was no easy way of moving from spot to spot. This suit offers great camouflage and manoeuvrability.Definitely recommended to other photographers looking for an easy way of getting closer to wildlife.

This does work surprisingly well. I've even been stood very close to deer with it on, remaining motionless and within full view, and they're more curious than scared. I think a lot of times animals are trying to identify what you are and if you pose a threat or not. From my experience the cammo suit, especially with the same make hood and gloves, confuses animals and birds and causes them to hang around for a little longer while they work out what you are. Having said that I've found for example with deer, staying completely motionless works well also .. I've even had them walk towards me to try and get a better view.. as well as bob their heads around and stare.. which is apparently something they do in the hope that you will move and let them learn what you are.It doesn't provide any warmth, which is good as you can use it in the summer over a T shirt and in the winter over the top of a jacket and it doesn't make you too hot. Stretchy material creates a bit of a 'one size fits all .. it can of course snag on brambles etc but that's to be expected.Feel a bit odd wearing it if I pass walkers etc! .. but I'm out at dawn a lot of the time so on my way back by the time many people are about. Overall it's been useful and packs down to a very small size into a small dry bag I use to keep it in.

I bought this suit after a milsim event just north of London after seeing how effective the Jack Pyke LLCS was on my friend. I can safety say that this is an absolutely amazing product and teaming it with a ghillie veil I made has made it absolutely vanis in any wooded area. If you want to get extra stealth you can add extra artificial leaves etc to help it blend! Highly recommend it!

I am a xl lad and this fits. 5 foot 11 with a good amount of room and it may look not the best on first impressions but! That's where it comes in to its own it becomes a brillant wepon in the woodland and grass land as the erratic cutting enables you to blend in with your surroundings my own team tripped over me. Which as a normal blob on the landscape that I am is the impressive for the suit. Nice and light yes you will need underlayers and possible put a few sown on fake leaves on to increase the visual appeal. Excellent value for money

Got it for photographing wildlife, it works well to hide you in the bushes and undergrowth if you keep still. So far had close encounters with hares and dozen of birds including barn owls.Lightweight as reported, its a light mesh fabric with fake leaves stitched to it, so it won’t save you from a downpour but does break up your shape against foliage and things.

I gave this a try for use with bird photography. Sometimes you get situations where you get birds that don't settle with you being in their habitats. Well this little suit for me, worked a treat. Its quick and easy to put on. Gives great cover, takes up little room in your bag and weighs next to nothing. Will order the gloves and headcover to give full effect.
