Good price but really not good quality
Well I've ordered this for someone for Christmas but I am a little uncertain about whether to actually give it to them now i've actually seen it. I was a bit surprised at how 'home-made' the whole kit looks. The label on the front has been (quite badly) printed with a home computer and the box is quite flimsy and a little dented. The contents, although undoubtedly the 'proper things' are in little plastic bags with home printed labels. To be honest I was expecting something a little more professional; this looks exactly like someone has bulk ordered all the mecessary bits then made up lots of small kits to sell from home - I suspect that's what it is.Overall it's an ok price for an ok product and delivery was fairly fast. If you're just making chorizo for yourself and you're not fussed about how the box and contents look then this (I should imagine) would be fine but if this is being bought for someone then I would say look elsewhere - the line "A boxed set to make a unique gift" is a bit hopeful!

A way of making air-dried chorizo
All you need with instructions. All clear and nicely presented for two kilo chorizos. Just add meat.

Bit disappointed with the basic packaging
