Must need for your back
After car accident was told to get one of these for my chair. It is of a excellent high quality. Was skeptical with other company products.Must for all to support your back and sit straight as most chairs are not correct for posture. This prevents incorrect posture.

great product
I am very happy with the support it gives when I am working on the computer or even when just chilling out watching tv. I reduces pain in the lower back which I have from a herniated disc. The roll is quite firm yet not too hard when you use it for long periods, like a rolled up towel for example. Great product, would recommend to people who have poor posture whilst sitting or suffering from lower back issues.

Suitable for large deep set chairs
This is a good quality product if you have deep set lumbar region that needs support. I have had back problems for most of my life. Currently I'm working in a job at many different venues. Chairs vary vastly. This is one of the 2 lumbar supports i've bought. It is suitable for larg executive chairs and I also use this for support when I'm sat at my dining table. I've tried it out in my car which I would recommend as you sit so far forward from the sit if you were to have an accident there would be a serious injury to your back. I would say its worked miracles for me but it helps make life more comfortable.

Lumber Roll
Bought this for in the car and it is had helped my back on long journeys. Easy to place with the strap. I find with the shape of my seat it is easier just to hang over the head rest in the correct position and leave it there. Though it does move when I get in the car, leaning forward and giving it a push it goes back to the correct position.

Excellent
It's quite firm and bulky, more so than my previous Mckenzie lumbar roll. For that reason I was a bit sceptical. However over time it moulds into the shape you prefer, so no problem there. Overall, a very good product which helped me get rid of the back problem (mainly due to driving).

Three Stars
Useful for posture comfort but the roll does lose its firmness after a while.

Have been using this lumbar roll for 4 years. ...
Have been using this lumbar roll for 4 years. It is very firm but has greatly improved my back problems by preventing me from slouching in badly designed chairs. Also works well when travelling as a car passenger although I prefer to medium density roll for this purpose.

Heavy Duty Roll 125mm (5")
I thought I ought to use the actual name of the roll- "Heavy Duty Roll 125mm (5")" - that is what is says on the label of both the packing and the roll itself. It says a lot about the roll which the advert does not. Frankly, it is very hard ! It is only 28cm (11") wide.I would describe it as less of a cushion and more of a prod (ok - a support). I have it on an office-type chair - and I rather like it.I've had a couple of different things on the seat but this is the only one which really holds me "out there" ... because it is so firm. It means I can bend / stretch my back backwards and it will barely squash. It is on elastic and I can now and again easily roll it a little higher or lower ... and bend / stretch at some other point.I've only been using it for a couple of hours. At the moment, it's what I want, but I will not always want to be stretching and I will sometimes like to remove the roll. That is easy, as it has a large, plastic, click, buckle thing. For some people this might be too firm, but as I said, it is on an office-type chair. If you have some type of soggy chair, then the roll might sink into it, of course ...
