Zinc it is
Works well on my bad breath, though the effect goes away quit fast too. So there is definitely zinc in the product, but I am not sure if they made feel any better except that the tablets provided me with more confidence out and about. By the way, they're not lozenges so don't buy them if you need some. Environmentally, they are outrageous, as the bottle takes up more plastic to use than needed to hold the tablets within.

Have no idea about their quality but I take them
I have no idea whether these are good quality or not but they arrived OK

Not what it says in the picture
It states on the pot that this is Zinc Gluconate but its not its Zinc Citrate not sure if there is a difference but when I looked up on line it said that zinc Gluconate was the better one to take that's why I ordered it from here but landed up with the same one that I had brought from my local chemist

Possibly help leg cramps
I suffer from leg cramps and we researched on the net and read that a zinc deficiency could be partly to blame, I thought it wouldn't harm to take one a day and it seems to have helped so I'm going to keep on with these.

Who cares if it is not Gluconate Citrate is natural and equally or if not better imo. In addition you won't find.. (read on)
.. A 60 pack of 10mg ZInc (your daily allowance) for 99 pence ANYWHERE.So it's really a no brainier if you are looking for Zinc that isn't the cheap Oxide-type
