Unadulterated, Fresh, Sweet and Tasty Almonds.
Whole almonds, right to the last one in this big kilo bag. Good size almonds which have been well graded. No broken nuts, no dust, no crumbles. There's evidence that Almonds are good at lowering LDL cholesterol (the 'bad' cholesterol) but have other health benefits as well as supplying oils, vitamins and minerals, and they do it more effectively than other nuts or seeds. My other half had seen something on TV about whole almonds, then done a bit of research on these nuts and asked me to find some."Won't flaked almonds or ground almonds do?" I squeaked, thinking of all the flaked and ground almonds I already have in the storecupboard for when I make almondy things."No," said Mr Grump. "They've got to be whole, shelled ones, with the skin on.""But some of them are almost twenty quid a kilo,""Look again," came the voice of He Who Must Be Obeyed."I've found some, but they're not organic. Do they have to be organic?""No, But not toasted, not salted.""American or Spanish?""Don't care."Well, these arrived today, they're USA, (although confusingly there's small print which says they're the product of various countries) been pasteurised so they won't sprout or go 'off' if kept dry. I'll keep them in the same bag with a Klippit closure. Expiry date is two years from date of writing (Dec '15), but they haven't been roasted, toasted or salted, so they're pretty much as nature intended.I opened the packet and had a trial run, and they're really nice and fresh. Sweet and creamy and almondy. Much better than 'shop.'I'm eating these while writing this review. If he doesn't get back from his afternoon fishing expedition shortly, I'll have to be on here again ordering another kilo because they're so nice, there won't be many left, and he'll go nuts.

Good quality and fresh nuts !
These almonds are top quality and vacuum packed for freshness , I always buy these for making my almond milk and nut butters so are my staple ingredient for healthy eating . Also use them for blitzing into almond meal which I use for baking and they seem very fresh , no bad nuts ever found as yet . The price is pretty good too compared to what you pay in say supermarkets or the popular health food stores , freshness is never an issue as the use by date is alway a good few months - not that they lasy long in my house though ! Will continue to buy this brand as Im very happy with them overall .

Amazing value and taste
Just got these, was worried as one or two reviews were about quality but all the other reviews were good. I’m not sure about the bad reviews maybe they got a bad batch. These are perfect crunchy tasty and fresh. The best before date is for roughly a year and a half. They are as good as the expensive ones. Really happy with these

Too hard
Perhaps it's just the name putting me off but these do not taste like the other almonds I normally buy. They seem smaller and much harder. Not great and tempted to bin the rest.

Versatile -great for almond milk, almond butter...or raw
Easy to add so much flavour to cooking, baking and general fun with smoothies....Great quality, Can be eaten raw I mainly make almond milk (1 cup almonds to 3 cups water soak for 24hrs then blend. Separate liquid from nuts, Liquid to drink or cook (used in bechamel, rice pudding....)Also use to make almond butter, roast a cup or two of almonds pop into blender leave for about 15 mins and voilaBeen buying monthly on save and subscribe which makes the better value for money

You'd be nuts to buy these
I was buying these a lot for the birds but since i bought a rival i noticed these almonds aren't fresh and bland in flavour. They also jumped up in price so I would advise you look elsewhere. I got the same size from a rival with much nicer freshness and taste, resealable packaging and £3 cheaper!
