Didn't work for application
I wanted to use it indoors to hang dry t-shirts and pajamas over the tub, but it seemed like it was going to pop off the bracket. I did not overload it either, maybe 6 t-shirts and 3 pair of hammy pants. I am happy I didn't put a normal load on it, I think it would of popped off. I ended up using a stainless cable with ends crimped on.

This does not work as I had hoped but it’s ok. The clothes do fall together if they are very heavy. I hoped it would stay up a little better

Cable broke after 10 weeks.
We've had several of these. They usually don't last long and very quickly stop rewinding back into their receptacle. Some are not long enough. So far this on is the best of all that we have tried.Update- cable broke after 10 weeks

No warranty- and doesn't work after 4 months. DO NOT BUY THIS.
Unbelievable that I was scammed by this company.Products will tear your skin- injure you- when the wire strands break. Also, it doesn't retrieve the wire on the spool after 90 days.Here’s their warranty policy:“ Thank you for being interested in our product, retractable clothesline, I am afraid that we don't provide warranty for the product but, if you are not happy with our product, you can return it to Amazon Fulfillment Center, under Amazon's customer return policies. Please refer to Amazon.com Returns Policy." which means thst after a month, it can’t be returned.Junk.
