I bought one and the loops are too long I can’t stretch it enough** A: They are all the same size. **Q: My DVD for the CorePlus Reformer is damaged and won't play** A: That's too bad. But the exercises on the DVD R pretty standard Pilates with bands. You tube reformer band exercises and ull be fine. **Q: Do you like this product?** A: Yes. It requires diligence.
