I've had KMC products before and I've been more than satisfied with them.So when these KMC Smart Plug Slim 4-Pack went on sale I jumped on them. Even with the current non-sale price of right around $5 per unit, though, I still consider them to be a good deal, a good price.The setup of the devices has been easy (I've set up 3 out the 4 units that came in the package).I utilized the 'Smart Life' app to connect each unit and each setup only took a minute of so to complete. Super easy to do.I always do the initial setup of the plug in an electrical outlet close to my wifi router and that does help but I haven't had any issue of the plug being found by the router once I move it to the final outlet that I want to use the plug in.So, no issues with setup, no issues with connectivity.And the same comment goes for the connectivity to Alexa. Once I had the plug 'recognized' by the Smart LIfe App, the Alexa pass-through was super quick.Granted, in my case, I can use Alexa to control any of the numerous plugs/lights/etc. I've set up before with Smart Life so it's a proven connection.I like the small size of each unit, just what I needed as the size gives me more options where the plug can be used and the 15amp capacity of the unit is an upgrade over some 10amp capacity units I've purchased in the past.Overall, a nice wi-fi plug and if I ever need more plugs of this kind I'll certainly look at the KMC brand again.

The media could not be loaded.  I couldn't be happier with these smart plugs. The price was unbeatable and the easy setup/install process a breeze! Fyi, I already had the Smart Life app bc I had a previous smart plug that we've been using a couple years now, that's also linked to our Alexa. So I purposely picked these new smart plugs bc they use the same app. The instructions were super simple, plug into the wall and if the little light isn't blinking, press & hold the power button for 5 specs til blinking. The app has def improved over the years bc it actually auto-detected each new device! It couldn't have been simpler. Then I named each one and assigned it to a room. On the last one I had to create a new room, which I did before setting up that plug. I'm sure u cld do that part after if needed. And idk if creating rooms is even necessary. The only change they did in the app that I dont like is u can no longer put a custom pic for each device. Before u cld take a pic of your lamp and then select it for that plug. It just made it easier to spot on your list at a quick glance. Now you're stuck with the ugly default pic of a plug, so they all look the same. It doesn't bother me enough to stop using the app or plugs. Then I opened my Alexa app and linked the skill, it was done within seconds, super simple. It's also listed in the instructions. The functionality is perfection whether via the app or Alexa. I'm extremely happy with these plugs (can ya tell lol)!! I highly recommend!

Got these on sale and they work well for me. I followed the setup instructions and now they just work.

These smart switches are a good value and they work well once integrated into your home automation system but we have at least 3 other brand smart plugs and to me these were the most difficult to pair and some of the plugs required multiple attempts to discover and pair. Once we had them paired they seem to work well and we used them extensively over the holiday season to control our indoor Christmas lights. For the price I can't really complain.

This is the second set of these I bought because I loved the first set and found I needed more. I have all my Christmas lights on these (outdoor lights, 4 Christmas trees, Christmas village) and now all I have to do is say, "Alexa, Merry Christmas" and they all come on at once. You can also set them to come on and go off at a certain time each day if that works better for you. They were pretty easy to set up. It took 2 tries, but worked. It's hit or miss but each try only takes a couple minutes. The first set took 2 tries. Make sure you are within 15 feet or so of your router for set up. After the initial setup, you can locate them further away and they will work but the setup is a little finicky about signal strength.

The first ones I purchased were the amazon brand and they worked perfect. I purchase these ones and you have to have a 2.4 ghz on your router. If you do not have a w p s button don't get these. I know that my wifi was upgraded and I don't have a w p s now. So these don't work at all.

Works for my Christmas lights and various lights around the house. APP is easy to manage.

It comes with an app and it's easy to use it works with my Alexa great it use the routine with them whenever Im getting up at 7am my lamp comes on and if one of my kids leaves a lamp on it tuns off by themselves at a certain time

Los encontré a muy buen precio. No los he probado todos, pero los que ya use, funcionan excelente y fueron rápidos de enlazar. Yo utilicé la app Smart Life en Android y de ahí se enlazaron a Alexa.Programé el encendido y apagado de las luces navideñas y nunca falló, siempre y cuando hubiera internet y/o energía eléctrica, claro.Si acaso cortaba la energía o el internet, al regresar, seguían funcionando sin necesidad de volverlos a enlazar o algo por el estilo.

Los compré en una promo con el 50% de descuento (aprox.) Desconocía la marca, me gustó que la instalación/configuración fue muy fácil, principalmente porque es posible usar la app Smart Life :) Los contactos funcionan al 100%, sin problema alguno hasta ahora.

Me notificó de la oferta y sin duda debía probarlos, me decepcionó que en mi paquete, un enchufe tenía problemas con un botón, funciona, pero no hace el "click" de la forma correcta, después de configurarlo no he tenido que usar el botón de nuevo, pero sí es algo que me incomoda, así que recomiendo revisar bien los 4 enchufes cuando lleguen, el empaque dice que funciona exclusivamente con una red a 2.4Hz pero lo configuré con una red de 5 y funciona perfectamente, no sé si a futuro pudiera haber una repetición, pero por el precio y considerando que son 4 enchufes, me parece una compra muy sensata.
