Been taking these for 7 months now and they're fantastic, i take 3 upto 1 hour before i run. They do work wonders. My running has improved loads and i have lost weight too. On runs over 4 miles they help my energy levels and when I'm done with running i don't feel hungry. I've recently purchased another lot.

Waste of money
I ordered these after reading the reviews as I needed something for an extra boost of energy.Took 3 the 1st day and liturally didn't do anything. Took 4 today and the same again, nothing. Infact, I liturally could sleep right now. If its the caffeine in them that is supposed to boost you then there is no wonder they don't work. I probably consume more caffeine in one cup of coffee. Sorry but total waste of money

Sharp tablets nearly made me choke, possible damage to my throat.
tablets are razor sharp, swallowing is difficult. Unknown whether the product actually does anything, felt no difference after use. the serving size is per 2 tablets, not per one tablet.
