Easy to use, lasts longer and good value for money!
This product is an advance on the forerunners as is a little sturdier and therefore lasts longer. It does the job really well.

Best I've tried
I've tried quite a few different brands of interdental brushes over the years and these are the best so far. They seem more robust and less prone to bending than any others I've tried (including teepee which are the one my dentist originally recommended)
