Perfect! exactly what I needed
I needed this for a black and gold 2-tier birthday cake. I used a paint prush to paint the gold straight from the bottle onto a white buttercream. I also used the paint for macaroons and white chocolate drip effect. the paint was amazing quality, no streakiness, nice and thick coverage. and you get so much out of the little pot! I managed to paint everything and I still have over half a bottle!

Impressed
So far so good. Using it with a touch of vodka to help dry. It's a good consistency so I've no doubt it will paint onto the cake ok. I bought two bottles but there's a good amount in each. One coat gives a good colour but for a bold complete look you may need 2 or 3 coats.

Gorgeous
I bought this to brush around the outside of a geode decoration instead of gold leaf, which it would totally work for, but after opening it and seeing how vibrant and thick and gorgeous the paint was i decided to incorporate it into buttercream instead. it looked incredible and had a lovely sandy effect on my mermaid coastal cake. you definitely need a little paint brush to use this though

Perfect consistency
I wanted to eat my tasty creations asap, so I only gave my moulded white chocolate two coats instead of the three I was planning on giving them. The paint is the perfect consistency to be used for painting intricate detailing, and it you can't actually taste it when eating your creations which, having never used edible paint before was something of a concern to me.I love how bold the metalic gold stands out against the pearlescent too!

Coppery gold colour, works well.
Used this for the horn and ears on my daughter's unicorn cake. It worked perfectly. The colour is more coppery than I thought but it still looks great. I mixed a little with some vanilla extract to stop it streaking and applied a couple of coats.

Stunning contrast colour
I bought this one as a contrast colour against the metallic gold edible paint and I think it just looks stunning, despite my dodgy painting skills lol.I LOVE how well it shimmers when the light hits it as it really catches your eye and draws focus to exactly what you want to highlight.I have bought a few of the Rainbow Dust edible paints now, and they all seem to be incredibly good quality, so I'll be buying my colours from them from now on as I know they are a brand that I can trust.

Nice silver colour, but contains E110
Arrived swiftly and is a nice silver to paint in cakes, just needs to be built up with a few layers to get a nice solid colour. Only downside is that this contains E110 which can have an adverse effect on childrens activity so use sparingly!

Worked great.
This made my golden snitch lovely and golden which was great. I used yellow icing the make the snitch and you could see a bit of yellow coming through but it looked great. I was really happy with it. It would have been nice if the lid had a brush like nail varnish does.
