Really like this turner.Very well made. Nice and heavy. Made with thick s/s with beveled edges.Got the small 5x3 one as I didn't want to spend to much on it as I may only be using it few times a year for a BBQ. But to my surprise this is not at all small to me.I'd say this is a perfect size for a BBQ and griddle.Absolutely delighted with it.

Awesome piece of professional kitchen equipment. Very sturdy and you can tell the handle won’t snap off any time soon unlike inferior brands. Also the bevelled edge removes burnt on carbon from a flat top griddle surprisingly easily. Always used chemicals to clean ours, will no longer have to! Top purchase, will be buying more of their products

Not the cheapest but the quality is very impressive. Nice and solid with hardly any flex. Great for smash burgers.

I had one of these that had a flaw (forging black) the second one looks a bit pitted which makes me question the quality (I work in inspection of metals) I guess time will tell...

I purchased a griddle plate a couple years back and since then have had many attempts at making a quick mash burger using a variety of cooking spatulas at hand, without the success that I had hoped for.After my last frustrating effort I decided to do a little research, and my purchase of the 5 x 3 inch Hell's Handle Spatula was that essential missing item..... all that is left to say is that, You Cannot Beat the Quality of this Spatula!Although there were cheaper versions.......this one is the Real Deal!

An amazing burger flipper. It's perfect for smash burgers and has just the right weight. It gets right underneath the burgers when you want to flip them and doesn't let them stick even on a cast iron grill

This is a really good tool. It's got a decently sharp edge perfect for cutting IN the pan (I only use cast iron, so no worries.) It is a perfect size for a 10- or 12-inch pan, anything smaller and there's not much room to maneuver. This is a very strong, not flexible tool. Very happy with purchase, may get the long-handled version, though we don't grill as much as we used to.

This is my second different tool in this Mercer Culinary Hell's Handle line of kitchen tools, and I love them both. This is a great, heavy-duty, every day turner for my cast iron cookware. The stainless is thick and heavy, up for anything. The synthetic handle is comfy and grippy, but not lightweight or flimsy like synthetic handles on many kitchen tools.This is the perfect medium size for almost any type of food, it's heavy enough to stand up to anything, and you can get good leverage for scraping on the bottom, whatever you need. Clean up is a breeze with these, I usually wash by hand it's so easy, but do sometimes throw it in the dishwasher, no problem. On anything except my few non-stick skillets, I reach for this as my preferred turner every time.Great value for the price!
