Brilliant for stocking fillers or party bags

They were practically dry when they arrived and showed hardly any colour when used. Some didn't work at all.

Good idea, failed product
They spin well when the top is on the markers, but don’t work when you uncap them. And the marker is not at all good so it is very hard to see any colours. Good idea, failed product
