Outstanding quality
Bought this as after moving workshop I had misplaced my otheres and im not a fan of my starrett automatic metal punch. this is a great little steel punch it makes decent indentation into the material for drilling. Highly recommend

Good quality
This punch has a solid feel and a hood grip which helos Egan you wear gloves all the time like I do.I don't trust cheap tools and would never buy them. This is a good quality piece of kit that will last

Sturdy but not overly accurate
Great little item and for the price it’s worth it. However when striking it with a hammer expect it to veer to one side slightly.

A huge help
I needed to do some drilling through a PC case and I tried before researching. My drill bit would drift from the position I wanted and sure enough online advice said you need a centre punch. After using this item I was able to drill the holes instantly. Very simple yet absolutely essential. It is very sturdy and the textured sides make holding it in position while hammering much easier. Very happy with it

Top quality
I previously bought a cheap set 3 punches to make a mark on steel to accurately start holes, they didn’t last long at all. I thought I would give this Starrett a go, glad I did! Top quality punch, several hundred holes later the tip still looks like new.

Good little punch
Bought to do a specific job and it did exactly what it was supposed to. made a lovely guide mark quickly and accuartely and shows no signes of wear or damaged. Good liitle tool

Small 100 mm or 4”
It is tiny. I hoped it was going to be bigger. Still well made and I can see the quality of the punch. My fault for not reading up on the dimensions.
