Found this helped on pain around left knee and behind the knee. I usually put it on twice a day and if I forget soon realise I shouldn't have done. It doesn't cure but helps relieve. I wouldn't consider the pain I feel to be that bad, I'm sure others must suffer a lot worse so couldn't say whether it would help those.

I don't know about vegan, it helped with the pain in my knee, that was more important at the time.

Does it help golfers elbow

I don't know about this problem specifically, but I had a very swollent / painful elbow, very much fluid based. I used this a lot , it's a bit like a massage oil / gel. It was very good. I would use it again and I think in your case, it sounds like the problem I had and I would totally recommend it.
