Barista Italiano 90 Nespresso Compatible Coffee Capsules (VARIETY PACK)

Beautiful Italian coffee delivered quickly and well packed. As described, the pods do fit Nespresso coffee machines. I have a Krups Innissia. I have only used one pod so far, but it slotted in easily and worked perfectly. Strength 7 (the Intenso Napoletano) is not strong. I found it to be quite mellow. But it's very pleasant and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste. I'm looking forward to trying the rest in my variety range (Cremoso Top Espresso and Delicato Arabica). For quality coffee, these are definitely worth a try.

I bought a Nespresso machine for my wife, who loves her coffees. I've ordered several different brands of coffee pods from amazon, and buy them from the supermarkets here in Brussels, to take home at weekends. These Barista pods are good value and offer a decent variety of flavours. I would give 5 stars, but there is one flavour that I find a little bitter, for my tastes. The wife likes it though

Having tried quite a few cheaper alternatives to the original Nespresso capsules these are the best in our opinion. L'Or are also quite good but Barista Italiano are clearly superior in flavour and great value at 20p each. We always buy the variety pack with 5 different blends which are all very good in a different ways. Flow volume can vary a little sometimes but they generally work well with our Magimax machine as opposed to some cheap products that can be hit and miss. Highly recommended.

They work better than the old style but delivery of the coffee is slow, sometimes just dripping out. The taste is excellent for my tastes and on the plus side I have not had one burst or leak water all over the kitchen work top yet.

I have tried quite a few of the Nespresso compatible capsules on the market and this is truthfully the one that I like best so far. Arrived in time and well packaged. I like the fact that the box holds five varieties and is flat enough to fit easily into a drawer or cupboard. All of the coffee pods are very good, but the Arabica? Wow - really lovely coffee! Definitely my favourite. Will certainly be putting in repeat order.

Having read some of the reviews we opted to try these Capsules but I have to be honest and tell you I'm not very impressed with them, one of the boxes seam ok, flavour is very mild but it's coffee just nothing *wow* another of the boxes there must be a manufacturer issue with as the coffee doesn't flow well, is intermittent in flow and every capsule gives a different amount of finished production.The stronger one of the 3 in my opinion as a big coffee drinker tastes like a really cheap, stale blend leaving me to check the date on the packaging. As with all coffee it looses taste and intensity as it gets older and this really does leave me to question the age of the product before it was placed into capsules as it's not strong at all, I just hope it isn't repackaged stock.

I bought these Nespresso compatible pods to try out in my Krupps coffee machine as well an Aldi Nespresso compatible coffee maker. To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much considering the price! To my great surprise and delight, this coffee turns out to be great! As Italian coffee goes this is great and I am really enjoying it. I won't go into all the thoughts on 'after taste, hints of fruits etc', I just love coffee and that's what you get here, good quality coffee. I will be buying more in the future.

I was using these capsules for approx 4 months (one order per month). The last box I received didn't work. My Nespresso machine could not push water through the capsules. I firstly thought it was my machine and did all the usual things, cleaning it, descaling etc. But it made no difference. I then bought a different brand of capsule and hey presto, my Nespresso machine was working just fine again. I wont be buying these again.
