Timer-Big Kitchen Clock & Alarm Count Up & Count Down (Black)

I ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my brother. I was excited to get him an hour glass with black sand for his collection. The item arrived and I’m so glad that I opened the box to check it out because the hour glass was not as described. It had white sand. It was still a nice product, but not what the order described. I sent it back and got a full refund with no issues at all. The seller was very easy to work with.

Only a bit over an hour. Maybe 5 minutes. It's more like an about hour glass. I guess it's not so big a mistake, but I do know there's math equations for getting these things exact, so seems like poor craftsmanship. But I didn't need an hourglass at all, so accuracy isn't as important to me as the aesthetics. Good enough, but should be better.
