I used in a garage staircase where i needed a little give if toting large items but also had strength to keep all steady up and down a steep staircase. Worked perfectly and easy install. It’s essential to find wall studs to anchor. Hardware included are good quality and an easy assembly.Note: may not be suitable for dwelling codes as pointed out by our local inspector however not an issue here in a detached garage.

Great Boho option for a hand rail indoors. Color was good but considered dying it. I used more sturdy anchors and will blacken the tip on each end. Great purchase!

Not easy to install but once it was in it was worth it. It's unique and durable. I wish I would've gotten it one size bigger because it was a little shorter than I thought.

Installed this for my daughters bunk bed that my FIL built. The bed is made from wood and each step is a pretty deep so we needed something for her to hold onto while going up and down. This installed very easy and is holding up well.

I like the way it looks I would have like to seen the set screws longer to go far through the rope I feel like if I tug hard enough the rope will come right out it holds for now it was easy to install and took hardly any time at all in all a good product

Easy to install. Great strength. Worked great in a tight attic staircase

I was quite pleased with this when it first arrived - nice rope, a useful tape to stick to the wall to ensure everything goes in the right position, simple but effective screws to hold the rope in place, obvious assembly, and the fittings were weighty and seemed substantial enough. The post of one of the rope fittings was slightly loose against its base plate, which should have made me more worried than it did, but I only needed three of the four fittings for a shorter run anyway so, putting it down to bad luck, I simply replaced it with the spare and thought no more of it.After less than two months of light use, with no warning, a second rope support - not an end piece but one in the middle - snapped off its base plate while I was going down the stairs.I'm not sure how the rope support was attached to its base plate: looking at the way it has broken off, I think it could just have been rammed in the hole and painted over.. There are signs of heat having been applied to the post on the now-exposed end so perhaps some attempt was made to weld it. However, there is such a welded joint that holds the post to the tube through which the rope is threaded, and it is very obvious and substantial, whereas there is no obvious sign of any such joint where the post joins the base plate. I am now very concerned about the remaining supports: we have elderly visitors and grandchildren who could suffer a serious injury because of this.

Muy de mi agrado, va bien con el tipo de escaleras que tengo, se ve resistente de buena calidad y fue fácil su instalación, lo único negativo es que sospechó que se ensuciara con cierta facilidad y dudo que se puede limpiar, será difícil mantenerlo limpio por qué al final de cuentas es para tocarlo todo el tiempo con las manos, pero su estilo fue lo que me encantó. Aún así quedé muy satisfecho.
