Excellent chocolate, the on site growing and production, and even the method of shipping, is an almost romantic story (well worth researching online). This 100% cocoa one is slightly slightly bitter but the chocolate taste is ever present. This product may become an acquired taste for purists and the health conscious. Other products available in the same range are high cocoa content but a little sweetened and are also of excellent quality. This product is unique and highly recommended.

Good lord, this one is absolutely spectacular! I've always liked dark chocolate, even as a child, and I've found that the older I get the darker I like my chocolate! This one is truly exceptional, almost no bitterness or chalkiness unlike some other better known brands - this one is astonishingly smooth, velvety, rich, and utterly flavourful. Warning: If you're into very dark chocolate, this could possibly be an expensive addiction! But a highly recommended one at that...

Good taste (but his is very subjective) Good quality. Expensive so a rare treat. !00% chocolate so no sugar added. I avoid carbohydrates so it suits me.

Having never really been a fan of dark chocolate in the past and as a recent convert I ordered with trepidation. No need to fear - it was lovely and certainly very palatable. I didn't consider it to be too bitter at all and will be buying some more. Only wish I could find it in the shops.

This chocolate isn't bitter as some 100% chocolates can be. I can highly recommend it.
