Likely not. The offical nintendo website only has it listed as a single player game, with the only online being cloud save. However, it's not set in stone, since another game unreleased as of now, Mario+Rabbids sparks of hope, also has inacurate/incomplete info about being single player when it should also have local multiplayer. Hang tight and see if the nintendo website or trailers give different info!
