Not used it so much so cannot advise if it as aided in my health.

Only 8 of mine worked. 2 of the valves were too small for the pump and the rest did not hold the suction. Am getting a full refund which is great but was not offered a replacement which suggests it's a known fault.

Good set of tools. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase although there are 3 things that bug me about this set:1. The packaging is not great as a storage case at home, I moved everything into a shoebox and threw away the packaging as bits of styrofoam were getting everywhere and into my 1 year old son's mouth.2. The 4 smallest cups don't seem to work very well at all - i.e. the suction doesn't hold. So it's actually a 20 piece set really.3. The air valves fall out too easily after a while and are so easy to lose! Only one spare valve set is provided. I might try to superglue them in place - that could solve the problem.Other than that, I've been using the set quite intensively recently to great effect. I much prefer them to the glass set I had before. The extension hose is very useful.Overall verdict: Could be better but for the price I think this represents pretty good value for money. However, I think in future I will probably decide it's worth paying more for a more expensive and better quality set with a proper case.

Good quality. Easy to use. Still need to inquire more information regarding the usage.

I have a couple of cup that dont stay wherever i put them even with a deep succion... the pomp works fine sometimes and sometimes not .... a little bit unreliable very disappointed
