Really nice plant but it looked ridiculous in the size pot it’s put in had to get a much bigger one so sadly added more to the cost

I ordered this tree to fill a space in my living room. The particular area doesn't get an awful lot of natural light, so a real tree was out of the question as it would have died within days and I am no Percy Thrower!The tree arrived flat packed, like a Christmas tree, and the branches need to be splayed out and the leaves arranged in a realistic formation. I would definitely recommend spending time doing this, don't rush it, as the more effort and time you spend on this the more realistic the finished artical will be.The branches are wound with coconut hair, to make it look more authentic, which is a very good idea as this hides the shine of the plastic.It also has it's own terracota pot, which is a nice touch, but I would recommend putting it in a more stylish pot (maybe rattan or wicker) to give it a more homely look.I would say the colouring of the leaves has been well thought-out as there is a good mix of greens, rather than everything being the same colour. My only criticism would be, that the leaves could be a little less shiney and more matt in places.I love the real Rhapis Palms and whilst this is a very good imitation tree, you have to remember that it is just that "imitation" and chose your placement wisely.If you put it in a brightly lit area it will undoubtedly look fake in a more dimly lit corner it looks surprisingly realistic. Just remember not to water it!The price is quite reasonable, considering a real Rhapis Palm of the same size would definitely cost more and in my case, would've died within days anyway.

Absolutely love this artificial plant 😍 I had a corner in my lounge that was empty so I needed something to fill that area. I decided on the 5ft size and wow it’s huge! Looks very realistic and has changed the way my lounge looks. It’s quite heavy and needs a sturdy pot otherwise it’ll just tip over. I also just attached a couple of leaves to the wall for extra safety. Absolutely would recommend!

I would give this 3.5 out of 5. What really lets this down is the pot. This was quite an expensive purchase, and it was such a shame they used an undersized 25p plastic pot which was cracked when it arrived (not properly protected). The pot was also too small, meaning that the tree could not balance on its own.Overall I liked the product, however, so decided to simply buy a slight bigger and better pot for it.In terms of how convincing this is -- at a distance it looks very convincing. On close inspection, it becomes clear that it is fake. However, I expected this.

Brilliant plant. Looks better tha my real ones! Bought it to hide a lot of wires in a cold corner, near a door where most real plants wouldn’t survive. Arrived beautifully & carefree wrapped with full instructions as to how to unfold your plant. The leaves are dense & the bark, look so real. Very impressed and pleased with my plant.

With a bit of manipulation and bending these look exactly like they do in the image provided. Very impressed with the quality of these - don't get me wrong, they're obviously artificial, but they add some much needed greenery to the garden, and don't need much upkeep. Shopped around, and these are excellent value for money, too. Highly recommended.

Very deceiving.... there was no option to choose the colour of the pot... it shows a white squarish pot with pebbles... but on delivery it was a cheap black round potTotally destroyed the mood and decor.
