good product, I thought it would have taken out the strong white hairs it didn't but it was great for the other hairs

Very sticky and not that effective on pulling hairs out have to go over the area 3/4 times

Absolutely awful wax. One of the worst I’ve ever used in my entire waxing career. You have the heater on slightly higher temp than normal for it to even melt and it burns the clientsWhen you wait for it to cool down to be able to remove it , it crumbles and causes quite a lot of pain or discomfort to the client.If you have it on a slightly lower temp it doesn’t melt properly .Stay away from this useless productI just want to hurry up and finish what remaining pellets I have left so I can go back to my usual brandI’m surprised I have any clients left after this god awful wax...
