How to Set up & Run a Fashion Label 2nd edition

Very good inspiring yet helpful book.I used this during a business plan assignment and it really did help!!Very inspiring if you actually are thinking of your own business too

This is a great book to give you an outline of the industry. As a 20 year fashion professional the only concern I would have for other readers is that this is a book geared more towards couture or small production ranges at the higher end of the market, not a more retail approach, or those looking to start with a limited budget. However it does give a great outline of what is needed to start and great to get an idea of the whole process.

I'd suggest really reading this more than than 3 times so you can fully get it! Cos to be honest I'd rather have a book that deals with less case studies on more on research and interviews with existing up coming designers than brands. Overall great read fully recommend!

This book is fantastic! It’s like a manual, if you are like me and know a bit about the manufacturing side of things but just starting to learn about what it takes to start your own fashion brand/label. I find it very easy to navigate and digest- great balance between text and imagery and very inspiring case studies. Thank you!

Really interesting, helpful and insightful book into setting up and running your own business. Great reference book to come back to over and over again and has helpful tasks set out at different stages of the book to get you thinking. Goes through everything from money to branding to legal considerations. Highly recommend.

Toby Meadows’ book is an amazing guide for anyone who is interested in starting or developing their own fashion label! It covers all the important aspects and offers great advice! It also includes some excellent case studies :)
