Pros: It worked on the mosquitos and delivery was fast.Cons: It disturbed my cat. As soon as i plugged one in the bedroom and one in the lounge she stopped coming in the rooms and started acting strange, hiding and looking uncomfortable. She slept in the hall or kitchen! This went on for about a week as i couldn't believe that it would cause this sort of reaction to pet's and thought she was unwell. Was a day away from taking her to the vets when i unplugged them. As soon as i stopped using them she returned to her usual self! It was almost instant.I would definately keep an eye on pets when using things like this.

We had a real problem with massive house spiders. Despite trying to tell them otherwise my children hate spiders and freak out - getting me to remove spiders every single day from the house. so I took a chance on these. So glad I did. Since plugging these in we have seen just 2 spiders in as many months. The reviews are right that the housing units are large so they actually cover the switch on standard plug sockets!But... if you push them in as far as they'll go - they still work. I still can't quite believe that they work this well....

three have just randomly stop working out of the four I bought since December and two in January. You get one month warranty which I didn't see until I wanted to return it. Rip off. I'll be claiming under my statutory rights. Don't buy!

I don't think these work on spiders, I have had them plugged in for 6 weeks now and I am still seeing spiders, and one of the spiders was just 3 feet from the repeller, and another spiders was about 5 feet away. I have these plugged in at each end of my flat which is about 65 feet long and 13 feet wide. Don't know if they stop rats or mice as I have never seen any in over the decade I have lived here. So my opinion is they don't work on spiders.

Bought this product from Amazon during the Black Friday sales and so it was a bargain. This was bought as we moved into our new house which was empty for 3 years before moving in and we had a lot of creepy crawlies. Have to say initially we noticed list creepy crawlies within the first few weeks and we have continued to use a product and we hardly notice any insects in the house.

The one of them burned literally 5 seconds after I plugged it. It started making a noise and after 5 seconds its lights went off and started smelling burnt. The second one still works. Hope it will last...Update: The seller's response was amazing as they offered me a full refund. I may have been just unlucky that I received a defective product.

Sadly doesn't work for our spiders, plugged in, waited a week but still having very large spiders run past the devise without a care.

Not sure if this scares away spiders. It scared away my cat. So much so he didn't come downstairs for days until I realised what the problem was. Poor sausage. It didn't bother the other two.
