I have previously researched the physical and mental health benefits of Fadogia Agrestis. I never purchased it as I deemed the research to be insufficient. However, over the course of roughly a month I have now tested two different brands. I admit that I have been a skeptic, but both brands have had the same positive effect. As always, any supplement review is highly subjective, and not until you have a decent sample size of similar outcomes can you begin to see a trend. For me aSquared Nutrition's Fagodia Agrestis (I take 2-3 700 mg capsules per day) gives me more libido, more staying power, and a more positive feeling/outlook on life. I seem to sleep better as well, but that could be due to other factors. All in all, this works for me in some very important angles of life. Will continue taking this supplement.

I have been using these for about 3 weeks now and haven't noticed a difference. I am not sure what "more energy" is supposed to mean, does it mean not getting the 3pm slumps? Or does it mean not needing to sleep for 3 days? Either way I haven't noticed any difference. The pills are not hard to swallow and don't upset my stomach so I will continue with the bottle and see what happens

i just started taking this just 2 days ago so i do not know the effects as of yet but hopeful what i have researched about this herb that it will do as expected. i will give it 1 month then repost my findings.

I've been taking another brand of Fodogia Agrestis that was more expensive and only had 600mg per serving. I switched over to this and have had the same energy, "and other," benefits as the more expensive brand, but just a notch above. It also has 180 capsules. At 2 capsules a day, this is a 90 day supply. You could buy 4 bottles and have nearly a year's supply. I take 2 at lunchtime and it helps me have energy the rest of the day.Pros- I've gotten good energy and other benefits from taking this- Good value with 180 capsules- Small capsules are easy to swallowCons- Doesn't have a good taste. But neither does the other brands, so this is just a con with Fadogia in general

I ordered these for a few reasons, I chase toddlers and work full time. Energy is depleted by 4pm like nothing left, I force myself to go to the gym for a quick work out and then race to get my kiddos. After taking these a few weeks I’m noticing during my work outs I feel stronger (I’m probably not, but I feel like I am). I have the energy to continue to chase toddlers after my work day and workout! I will continue to use this! What an awesome product!!

I have never heard of Fadogia Agrestis before, but I'm always in search of natural ways to boost my energy. I haven't noticed much of a change in energy levels, but there is some. I took this before going to the gym and I had more energy than I have had at the gym in a while. So this must do something. I would need to take it longer to really notice more changes, but I have a good feeling about this. It's also easy enough to swallow and does not taste like anything. The taste of pills is often what makes them hard to swallow, but this supplement is fine, as far as that's concerned.

They don't mention this is stem extract, but it says so on the back of the bottle. You should ONLY use root extract! Stem extract has very high toxicity levels and very low levels of the active compounds. Find another brand, you've been warned.

The value for money is undeniable - that's a lot of capsules for the price. I personally did not notice any particular smell/taste but I let my wife sniff the bottle and she said it smelled faintly of "something", but nothing terribly offensive. May be my imagination but I seemed to burp rather a lot after taking one and there was definitely a strange "taste" to that. I did notice an increase in energy and I feel like it kept me motivated enough for a cardio workout, but the extra pep doesn't seem to have much staying power - at least not for me. It's hard to gauge if these would have a long-term impact as the burping put me off taking them after a couple of days, but I could see these being a decent part of a pre-workout supplement.
