Dear Sir, I received the order on Saturday 23 June 2019. I am 75 years old and have a Stoma (Ileostomy) due to an operation for bowel cancer 2 years ago. Although I am in remission, I wanted to put on some extra weight as my normal diet does not allow me to increase weight. I did not order these pills for body building! lol. I took 2 of the capsules on Saturday afternoon just after my lunch. Sadly, I was up all night with terrible stomach cramps, and still had them all day Sunday. I got an emergency appointment with my Doctor on Monday morning, and he informed me that because of my stoma, the capsules did not dissolve enough before passing into my stoma bag, which caused a blockage in my digestive system. He warned me not to take anymore as it would cause the same problem for me, although he did say that they would be very beneficial for anyone who does not have a stoma. Hi some of the capsules are damaged and empty and some are part empty I'm not happy payed good money for these

Overall good product

Bought it a few times, but to no avail. I exercise daily, but the only thing it added was fat, and I am athletic, lol. Nothing is an alternative for a good diet for weight gain really, and that would add the 'right' weight. Took me months to get rid of the wrong type of weight, lol.
