The only thing I do not like about it is the heat controller. Because the face isn't illuminated, it is easy to forget to turn it off.

One controller not operative!
One of the two controllers only operated once. Now does not even turn on or light up. Tried on different good 110v outlets with no success. Tried customer service and seems to be a non working number, also.
