My wife suffers from severely debilitating migraine headaches so I bought this, as we'll try anything that might give some relief. I keep it in the fridge so that it's cool when it's needed. It can't cure the migraine of course, but it does seem to alleviate the discomfort. It's possible it could be more effective with lesser pain. I don't regret buying it.
