MY OBSERVATIONS
I've recently started to get some creases down either side of my top upper lip over the last two years or so which are getting deeper, and over a period of time the corner of my bottom lips have started to droop slightly which I knew the cause was due to me being a side sleeper and having my face crushed into the pillow . I've tried out a few different pillows and as a last resort even ended up trying to make one myself, but all to no avail. I gave up in the end and over time I have mainly tended to lay on my side trying to keep my head quite flat to the pillow because any attempt to try to sleep on my back isn't comfortable and I always seem to wake up during the night and revert back to side sleeping, so it is a constant battle. But I did find the side lines on my face on them particular nights were not as bad as the nights I slept on my side. I have got to the last few months dreading going to bed because I knew these creases were all self inflicted and going to worsen over time, so I finally decided to see if I could purchase a miracle pillow to solve my problems!I saw this one advertised and read every single review, good and bad, and it seemed like exactly what I was searching for. I am a very fussy and pernickety person and usually end up sending something back after eventually finding some gripe. However, when it arrived I could see immediately that it was going to be ideal for me and that the bottom half of the pillow would allow my cheek not to be crushed and the problem area to be off the pillow, even if I tended to slip back onto my side again. I had however ordered the wrong pillow size and so contacted the seller regarding a possible exchange. They were most helpful and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them and they promptly sent me the other pillow which arrived more or less the next day. I have now used it for the last three nights and have been laid on my back and side and because of it's special design it is allowing the bottom half of my face to be up in the air, which has now improved so greatly that it is no longer troubles me. Every morning I have been checking the lines and am definitely seeing a vast improvement and can see that over time they will eventually fade altogether. I am no longer going to bed dreading the next morning, fearing to stay away from the mirror, hoping the lines have at least faded after a few hours. Also one side of the laughter lines on my eyes have always appeared to look more lined than the other side, which is probably due to sleeping more on a particular side, so this is now another added bonus for which the pillow is helping me overcome. I usually think that these type of products are simply gimmicks and so tend to stay well clear, but I can genuinely say that this pillow is a real godsend to me and I couldn't be more grateful to the talented people who designed it. Many thanks from an highly delighted customer.

80 quid for a tiny bit of foam?
80 quid ! for what is essentially just a piece of foam? It was a lot smaller than I originally envisioned and you would also expect the casing to be a bit more of a stain friendly colour or texture. I kept the box in case I needed to send it back! However, it's actually quite comfortable. It locks the head and neck position gently but firmly and really does promote converting to sleeping on your back. You have to give it time though, changing your habitual sleep position accumulated over several decades is not an overnight adaptation job. At first, I was finding it really difficult to fall asleep. However, I needed to change for several reasons. Firstly, I'm a loud snoorer. Sleeping on my back helps me to breathe better and keep my airways clear. I also used to suffer from a block nose as soon as I rolled over to one side. Additionally, I tend to sleep with my neck in an awkward kinked position. I realised that this was restricting the flow of blood in my neck arteries and veins and thereby causing high blood pressure. I was also ending up lying on my arm and wrist to the same effect. A change of sleeping position was therefore essential. Previously, i had tried several pillow configurations, but they were always uncomfortable, too high, too low, too many, too few! but this works great for me. I do, however, find the cushion a shade too low, so I place it on top of a standard pillow.I am not sure about the beauty therapy aspect though? I didn't purchase it for that reason. However, I would not say no to a beautiful face!

TOURTURE/PILLOW FROM HELL - do NOT buy!!!!
This pillow caused clinical chronic insomnia to the degree that it damaged my health really badly. It is the most uncomfortable pillow ever and God knows how it has got the positive reviews that it has. Furthermore, it doesn’t even work because the space in the middle for your head is too big, so it’s completely pointless. It will age you by 20 years from sleep deprivation and the chronic stress that insomnia causes. I hope this pillow burns in hell. Seriously. It’s true what they say - but cheap buy twice. This is a cheap version of ‘The Aula’ by ‘Sleep and Glow’, which is £180. If you care about your mental and physical health, don’t worry about sleep wrinkles and just get your sleep or wait until you can get the Aula by sleep and glow. I now have the Aula and it works, the space between the bolsters is just right so it’s impossible for either side of your face to turn and fall smooshed in the pillow and the bolsters are nice and high. It also has a removable piece to make it higher if needed. This YourFace pillow is also too low. Furthermore it caused me to develop severe sleep apnea: on the rare occasion that I feel asleep for maybe 2 or 3 hours due to exhaustion I couldn’t breathe bc the design of the pillow stopped me breathing properly. I never ever snore when I sleep but my sleep tracker showed I was not only snoring but I wasn’t breathing for up to 30s multiple times, so even though I may have fallen asleep for a couple of hours, it wasn’t even deep sleep. I was so happy and well before I bought this pillow. Now I am trying to recover from the illness it caused to my physical and mental health. Please do NOT buy this pillow. Like I said, wait until you can get The Aula by Sleep and Glow. I hope this helps to prevent someone from going through the sheer hell I have been through all because of this pillow from hell.

Amazing pillow
I will be honest. I didn't have much hope for this pillow after trying other brands and with it being so difficult to stay on your back for the whole night when you are a side sleeper.I am amazed! Only been using it for 3 nights. Haven't woke up through the night at all. Wake up in the morning feeling fresh and still on my back. Purchased this pillow to reduce my wrinkles which were increasing to the one side of my face due to sleeping on my side. Very happy! Only wish I had bought it with the pillow case.
