Australian electronic quartet Miami Horror have readied their long awaited second LP All Possible Futures to be released on April 21st. After relocating to Los Angeles for inspiration and influence, the band have found their own sound on their new studio album, littered with introspective songs and post-disco party jams inspired by the quirk of Talking Heads, New Order and INXS, through to the pop influence of Michael Jackson, Paul Simon and the dreamy aesthetic of Fleetwood Mac and Tame Impala. Was going to give 4 stars due to the bend packaging which has ruined the poster that came with it but the music is just too good. Wish I could give it 10000000 stars Review: Great LP but be warned plenty are warped - Cracking although wherever these records are pressed they can't make a flat record to save their lives sadly as it took three separate purchases to get an acceptably flat record.

Should win album of the year easily the best out there.
Best C.D. I have purchased this year and love every song on the 62.29 min. CD and could have listened to another hour easily. Every song is great with different singers so it doesn't bore you with the same sounds like most of todays artists CD's. Many of the songs could easily make in into the top ten in the U.S. IF they had a good promoter. The first song reminded me of Echosmith and also heard a tune that could have easily been a Michael Jackson hit. Why are we constantly bombarded with the well known artists who may have one good song on there C.D. and the radio pounds it down our throats. They should be playing new artists like Miami Horror and many others out there that unfortunately the public will never be aware of. I heard this band 2 days ago on Carson Daly show of tv and couldn't believe how good they sound live and immediatly ordered this CD and can't wait for more from this awesome group. BTW the groups name sucks and that sort of threw me off wondering if they were heavy metal or punk rock but please don't let the groups name deter you from purchasing this super CD and sit or lay down quietly and listen to all the great harmonies and sounds that come out of this group.

Super Album für den Sommer, aber nicht nur. Nu Disco, Pop, mehrstimmiger Gesang zu sphärischen Klängen, Elektro - alles drauf. Der ideale Soundtrack für eine Cabriofahrt in den Sonnenuntergang. Falls kein Cabrio zur Hand, dann zumindest Fenster runter.
