Blooming gorgeous bugs
So impressed with our new bugs, even kitty liked them and gave them the ok and lots of purring followed (unusual as he likes to hunt a spider). These bugs are so nice and big, excellent for little hands. Yes, I agree that some of the legs are a bit wonky (but so are mine and I don't mind so much about that) but these bugs are colourful, and sturdy and will encourage lots of play in our newly arriving play tray. Personally, I cannot wait to play, just hope my grandson thinks the same. at just under £1.00/bug, really great pricing indeed.

Perfect for playing at any age
They are big bugs! Matching their description and so far been very resilient while being heavily played with!Obviously if a little one has a try and chopping a leg off the grass hopper, I know they would struggle A LOT to break anything off.The colours have really held on too!12/10 very happy and so are the kids... Also thank you for not including a spider, the kids think the bettles are spiders but aren't even a little nervous or suspicious of fear for the insects!Brilliant 👌🦋🦗🪳🪲

Lacks variety ... but good customer service
The insects are high quality and large - useful as aversion therapy for arachnophobia maybe (if the set contained any spiders that is)? I would have liked more variety. More than half the insects are beetles, though the beetle most people recognise - the ladybird - is conspicuous by its absence. No spiders, bees, wasps, woodlice, moths, aphids or dragonflies either. And given that few of us are entomologists a species list would have been invaluable. I think Wild Republic have done much better with their other sets of creatures.I e-mailed Wild Republic and they got back to me with this species list:- Monarch Butterfly- Grasshopper- Praying Mantis- Fly- Red Ant (better known in the UK as a fire ant?)- Stag Beetle- Jewel Beetle- Blue Ant (not convinced about this one)- Rhino BeetleThey seem to have missed one but this is pretty good customer service.

Qulity, detail, size
WOW!!These have exceeded all expectations. Even with the amazing reviews I honestly did not expect them to be as good as they are. They are a very good size for kids and the detail is amazing for such a good price. My three year old spent 4 hours playing with these and she is in love with the butterfly (ours is a beautiful blue not the one in the image). These bugs have peeked her interest in learning about bugs they are a good aid and fantastic quality toys. I have ordered another set as a present for my friend's son!!

Large bugs!
Great quality bugs! Well received by my 4yo and my 2yo. They have a keen interest on bugs and so we are adding these to activities to enhance their learning on what bugs eat and do. These are great for small hands.

Big, colourful and plenty of room for imagination.
My son wanted some bugs to play with and this bag didn't disappoint. The insects are very large and he's had great fun hiding them around the garden and even playing with them in the paddling pool. They're very colourful and solid and we used the internet to work out the name of each bug. Great to have a toy that makes no noise, doesn't need batteries and leaves room for imagination.

Nice large insects
The insects are big and of good quality. I was looking for figurines to use in sensory bins for my 12 month old and this fits the bill perfectly.
