The jaws don't open that far nor can you use the total length of the cutting blades as the very back of them do not separate. That being said they are very heavy duty and so fair have performed very well for me.

For big hands.
These are great quality and they cut really well, but if like me your hands are on the smaller side you'll struggle to use them as the handles open out pretty wide. Other than that I can't fault them, they feel like they're built to last.

Top quality tool
Based on opening the package and a few trial cuts, this appears to be a top quality item. It was quite a bit heavier than I was expecting - very sturdy. The cutting power is excellent. And it looks good, too. They claim "industrial quality" - I would have to agree.

It doesn't go an easy cut in acute curves.
I used this in sheet metal fab and it's not too easy in an acute curve cutting.
