Wouldn't re buy
Didnt feel any difference to energy levels. Im a vegetarian and it has been a while since I took a b12 supplement. I looked at all the options and noticed this one. I don't really like the dissolving tablets so thought I would try this.First you have to fill the dropper to get 1ml. I wasn't sure at first, so think this needs to be clearer. As the bottle empties I found it harder to get the full 1ml up the dropper without faffing around.I didn't feel any difference - good or bad - so to me it doesn't seem worth it. I remember taking tablets in the past and feeling more energised.I know they say you get what you pay for, but I really don't think thats true - for me- in this case.We are all different - so maybe this just didnt suit or work for me

Works great but too expensive. Does exactly what you want and as someone with CFS/adrenal fatigue I notice a big difference in energy levels on days I do take it compared to days I forget. Far too expensive though, new brand based in UK called nature provides is what I am trying now, slightly less b12 per ml but way cheaper per ml as well.

I bought this as I'm following The Medical Medium. It gives me so much natural energy in the morning, as I have 3 children. I don't have fatigue either. I have been taking it for a month now.

Best quality B12.
If you need to take B12, and by the way we all do, this is 'the' ideal blend because your liver does not have to do any work to convert the B12 into a usable form. Taste is great, not sweet if you follow instructions to leave the drops under your tongue for 15 seconds. Highly recommend it. Grateful I could find the blend on amazon as I have not been able to find it even in the best shops!

Always arrives well protected. Annoyed that the price is creeping up(getting more popular Amazon?) because it's expensive for me anyhow. However, it does come recommended as one of the best B12 supplements around and I can contest I miss the energy it gives me if I don't take it! Excellent and easy to take, just a 1ml dose under the tongue(empty stomach) and held for 30secs before swallowing, presumably to increase absorbability?
