Bath time just got a whole lot more fun!
Oh my gosh. This product is so cute and fun, and baby loves it! Great to keep baby warm while above water. And I can see us using this for at least the first 2 years. Thank you!

Malfunction after using just 3 times
Well, at the first sight, it is cute and worked well on the first use. But it broke just 3 times of usage. We could not turn it off and it makes a lot of noises.

Stopped working after a month
Now I know this thing is for a baby or toddler I use it for my two month old for bath time to wash her hair and keep her warm in her bath but the hose barely has any water them at comes out of it , it takes forever to rinse her hair out and she’s only two months , it’s also huge !! It hardly fits in her baby tub I have to wedge it under the netting she lays on , thinking about returning the narwhal is just so dang cute update !!! The narwhal stopped working completely and I’m so frustrated because it’s not a cheap little toy I wouldn’t recommend

Not exactly safe for children
I thought this product was very cute when I initially saw it. I purchased it and had it for about four days then it stopped working and I put four AA batteries in it and screwed it back on Tight, since it needs to be submerged in water. Four days later it was not working so I decided to return it and wind up. Going to take the batteries out and saw that it was wet inside. I was very upset because I thought the worst. Electrocution. Here is what I found. They need to find a better way to make the safer, especially if you’re gonna have it around babies.

Super cute, easy to clean, good spray and suction power, overall I have no complaints! It’s kinda load but nothing crazy

Good for two uses
Update: product was faulty but customer service was good they reimbursed my money.On/off button on whale broke pretty much immediately. Item wouldn't turn on anymore then randomly turn on in the middle of the night and had to remove the batteries. Don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t work
This product doesn’t work. Bought this for my daughter for Christmas, followed instructions and put it in the bathtub last night only for it to sink to the bottom and no water come out of the spout. What a waste of $ and too big of a hassle to return it. Highly disappointed. Don’t waste your $ on this dumb thing.
