Q: hi my hat size is large 59cm/ 23.5 ins will it fit, thanks big head john, for Greg Norman seagrass straw hat

I usually need a large size hat and this fits a treat. I wore it everyday on holiday in the Maldives in preference to the other one I took, the open weave sides made it much cooler to wear. Could probably fit slightly bigger too as elasticated band holds it on your head

The internal, quite wide, elasticated sweat band means that it will fit a large variety of head sizes. The problem is to do this the hat has to be quite large. I have a 58 cm head and I feel that although it fits perfectly it looks oversized on my head so I believe it would look even more oversized on a 55 cm head. I no longer wear mine. I have bought waxed cotton hat that I prefer. Hope this is of some help.

The head band is elasticated to help it fit rather nicely. The great thing about this hat is that it allows air movement which is rather cooling even on the hottest of days. As one who is follically challenged however, I would suggest the use of a good sun cream because the sun can get through the mesh of the hat. Not a down side for me not that I am aware of it because it's a good quality product, stylish in my opinion and doesn't get in the way of your swing!

Don't do it ,my grandson sat on mine not the same squashed stitching came undone,great hat will have to buy another,and take care with it,it's for your head not suit case.
