Needed glue for clear plastic, dry clear
This was the only product that I have found that drys quickly, dries completely clear. I am gluing fabric wrapped rope to a clear plastic bowl. This product was exactly what I neededI just wish it was a little more reasonably priced.

Terrific Glue
I am an avid scrapbooker and have used many different types of glue, wet as well as dry. I saw this product on a You-Tube video being used by a fellow scrapper. She had glowing things to say about Helmar 450, so I thought I would give it a try. It works very well, doesn't wrinkle my paper, and stays wet just long enough to move my paper around for a few moments to set it straight. As a habit I store my wet glues upside down, so I am sure to close the bottle top and never have an issue with burping. While working on a project I can leave the top in the open position and although it may form a skin, the glue itself doesn't thicken or dry out. The skin on the lid is easily removed by hand. Any glue on the fingers washes off easily with soap and water. I have some issues with carpal tunnel and have used some glues that eventually are impossible for me to squeeze through the bottle. This has not been an issue with Helmar 450. Just ordered four more bottles for some paper crafting projects I am working on for Christmas. So happy to have found a product that works well and is so easy to work with.

Best Glue for Scrapbookers
This glue will not warp your paper and that's important to me. Yes, you do have to mess with occasional annoying 'threads' of glue but it's the only adhesive I will use on my scrapbook layouts for them to last a lifetime and I'll never worry about embellishments coming off because it holds well. I was disappointed when Hobby Lobby discontinued it.

My favorite crafting glue... getting harder to find it.
This product dries out really quickly, and it is getting harder to find when I do, the quality of the glue is less than described. That is because it is drying out in the bottles. It makes me wonder if they are still actually making this product or if it is just the remaining stock being used up.

Super strong glue, high odor though
Non drip, strong adhesive, great for all materials. Very high odor, so use in a ventilated area. I made hundreds of cards and tags and it gave me a headache after an hour. Best glue out of all of my adhesives. Great multipurpose use.

Works Great
This dries quickly, but not too quickly and holds great as well. I also like the nozzle. The prior fabric glue I purchased did not have a screw nozzle and it was harder to control the amount of glue when being squeezed and it also became thick from drying out more quickly.

This glue certainly dries fast and bonds very well. The only reason for four stars is the fumes. Definitely use in a well ventilated area! I had a large banquet invitation project (300 pieces) going on with a couple of helpers using two bottles - my house smelled a bit like a nail salon when we were finally done. Once the pieces are dry, the smell goes away. For sensitive people, it might be overwhelming until fully cured. I was running low on this glue at the end of the project and decided to test it against some other craft glue that a friend brought over. The other brands curled the paper, didn't bond securely, or took too long to dry and left marks that showed through the layers. If you can tolerate the odor, this is a great choice for a very strong bond. A little goes a long way too.

note perfect, but must have it.
Helmar 450 is one of the top go-to glues for me in any craft or physical art project, purely because of it's strength and dry time. It's a travesty when it isn't on hand. The dry time is fast... within a minute or two after hitting the air, and this stuff is already starting to get tacky. The downsides are few, but enough to shave a star off. The smell is only a little strong, but more importantly it's really gooey. There is *always* a time when you'll get a long strand of glue between where you've just laid the dot down to the tip of the bottle. This can be pretty frustrating when working on really small items. Its thickness is also a detriment to a project when you've applied too much or have *any* excess outside your glue area. As, while it will dry clear, it does so with a milky (and sometimes bubbly) finish if you've fudged with tit at all after it tacks up. If you leave any excess alone, you've got better odds of it drying (very glossy) and clearEven so it's typically the best alternative to items like E6000 (which has been in my experience to usually be overkill), where the glue is just too thick for your project.
