Does the screw holes fit a raspberry pi 2 model B?

I'm afraid not. You can install the module on a larger insulating substrate first, and then fix the substrate in the box by screws. HTH.

Does anybody know the size of the screw holes for interior stand offs, they only have the distance between each of them on the data sheet

I removed all the stand offs as they were in the wrong places for my project.
