Lovely poetry, would definitely recommend

I'm quite new to poetry myself but I needed to poem for an exam, and since I knew of Savannah Brown I decided to perches this book. I was defiantly not disappointed! Every poem is wonderfully truthful and written with such beautiful imagery. One of my favorite ones, and the one I chose for my exam, was ' Real Estate'. My acting teacher loved the poem too. Would recommend this to anyone who is new to poetry.

this is a really lovely collection of poems. It's so nice to flip through, and each poem has such a strong sense of sentimentality, that sticks with you long after you have put it down

I brought this book at summer in the city and I love it! The poems are deep and meaningful, super well written and just an amazing poet!Also since reading this I super enjoy watching Savannah reading them on her YouTube because you get the true feeling and emotion from her (but even still from the book can really feel the emotion put into them)

The poetry in this book is very relatable yet feels very personal and from Savannah. Every poem feels different as she writes inquisitively searching for answers as she grows through her teenage years into adulthood trying to find herself through her poetry and find a description to how see feels about certain aspects of mental health and moles. Overall this book is wonderful with everyone having different favorite poems and relating differently to to each poem it really sparked my inquisitivity and creativity as it put so many feeling I had never been able to describe into words making Savannah Brown my favourite poet.

I love her prose most. The very particular way in which she writes. It’s lovely, lyrical, can suddenly grab ahold of your throat, and she sounds like ni one else.

It’s a decent although short collection of poetry, but it really left me wanting more. I wanted more poems, more depth, more emotion. Not many of the poems actually gave me some sort of emotional response. A few of the poems were really enjoyable though. The illustrations are cute.
