I think this book is a great departure from the normal diet books that I have read which advocates calorie counting. Esther corrected the misconception by saying that it is the quality of the nutrients and not the amount of calories that count. He has also given several nice pointers on constructing your own vegan meal diet which consist of blueberries and gluten free option to prevent inflammation, which causes aging. Definitely a good read.

A good diet is what we need!
I was trying to find an answer to my vitamin D deficit, and this book gave me the answer! It also gave me the solution where to find vitamin D in foods, which many other sources fail to deliver. As we age, we need to maintain a good diet, which will give us all the energy to keep fit. I will use this book as a guide to stay fit.

Great book for those that are just beginning on the road to a more natural lifestyle. Gives just enough information without overload!

Good Read
Life is a journey and aging is part of the journey and is unavoidable. I always believed in aging gracefully, through proper exercises, diets, and positive mindset. This book provides good information for what is good for the body.

This book has improved my lifestyle
Esther has given us the useful information on the balance of diet and supplement. This book really give me a "push", alerting me that I should start the aging reverse process as early as possible. This book certainly has guided me in improving my lifestyle. Highly recommend.
