Okay, I'm one of those people that's spent collectively over the last 30 years around £20k on looking after and maintaining my teeth. I've had braces twice, and lots of other things too. So yes, I care about my teeth. And this is without a doubt THE BEST WHITENING TOOTHPASTE IN THE WORLD. It costs more than the UK version of the product, because this item is imported from America/Canada and has extra peroxide in it, which really does whiten your teeth without destroying it like whitening strips. Buy it and don't ever look back - I also use Colgate Total every other day as a regular toothpaste to protect my teeth.

Arm & hammer just does great toothpastes. I love the whole baking soda and peroxide mix. Considering it has these two I would expect better results and faster but it definitely has made SOME sort of difference, slight irritable on gum, can nip them but I just swish some water or mouth wash and its gone. Can leave them feeling raw but thats if u use it every night, I would only use this paste a few times a week. When I don't use it though I use just average arm and hammer baking soda toothpaste also if you have sensetive teeth I would finish up with sensodyne everytime you brush them. That really halps but you have to be topping sensodyne up everyday for it to work properly.

I brought this for my sister as she has got choppers like a filmstar. Yes nice and white like Scooby-Doo! Only she wants to keep them that way, so it’s got to be the best! This advanced whitening keeps a smile on her face. And if she is happy then the world is happy. Umm trust me, it’s a far far better place, when that happens!

Use with caution. While it cleaned my teeth very well, the product made my mouth and lips sore. Rip off and not was described not value for money

My only complaint was that the taste took a while to get used to (like after a week) . Mouth and tongue feels cleaner and it certainly aids in teeth whiten and the development of tartar. The mint flavor stays in ur mouth for a couple hours so make sure you rinse ur mouth out thoroughly as it instructs on the box so that it doesn't overwhelm you with that flavour. It also is very potent meaning you only really need it use a small amount at each time to do the job, so one tube will last you well over a month and i live with 3 people. I definitely recommend it because its one of the best toothpaste on the market and it is cheap and does its job excellently.
