Welsh company that give you a quality product and everything I've tried has been good quality and seems to be as described, cla I'm currently using and it's been a good purchase and works as it should.Can't fault the Welsh quality.

I use these in cycles. Done 3 cycles and each time has helped me lose weight. The only issue and let's be honest if you've done your research you will know to expect this but if you haven't I'm helping you. These aid digestion so expect more trips to the toilet. Just a heads up but definitely helps remove a few lbs.

I have used a different brand before , I have found these the best value for money! Alongside a healthy diet, working out ,an taking vitamin c they have boosted my weight loss . First week losing 6lb and 3lb the second week . Overall im very pleased ,one downfall is they do smell an lot more than I have experienced.

Ordered 60 soft gels before ordering more, I need to see or feel some result from the claim of weight loss from this product as so many maintain.I am quite happy to pay to get the pounds off and what I have read of this product CLA, this just might be the right one for me, so watch this space folks (4wks)

Honestly I didn’t see a change while using these. I took them while keeping a healthy diet and regular exercise but I was losing weight the same as I usually would so I don’t think they are worth the money in all honesty. However they may work better for someone with a different body type.
