I have to admit that at first I was skeptical about using a tens machine. However, once I started using this and got to know the correct placement of the electrodes for maximum effect I found it a very useful piece of equipment. It does take a bit of practice getting to grips with it, but I now use it regularly. I particularly like the fact that it takes batteries and I can keep a spare with me when I know the one I’m using is starting to run low, but I was pleasantly surprised how long the rechargeable batteries lasted in it. You also have to be mindful of how you take the electrodes off and peel them from the sides opposite the wires to keep them in good condition. I have been using the same electrodes for months now and they are still sticky and work well.You may think it’s not working to relieve the pain but as I discovered when it comes to the end of the cycle you realise how much of a difference it has actually made.

This is simple and amazing. This is by far the best Tens Machine that I have used. I am so very pleased. Battery operated, it comes with loads of self stick pads.I purchased this due to having to live with the pain or Rheumatoid Arthritis, just recently my back had been ceasing, so I am trying this little gadget. I shall be using on hands, neck, feet and wrists also. I think that I may invest in the gloves that come with this particular brand.My partner shall also be using this to help him ease his back pain and sciatica.

Good price and product nice and compact. Seems to lessen my back ache considerably. Overall would recommend people try it if they suffer long term pain.

Very complicated to use, even with instructions and reading throughly it’s a bit weird and hard to understand how to use it.

Excellent. Good range of modes and great pain relief ( for lower back pain). Detailed instructions for how to use for different types of pain but could be clearer starting ones. Robust build. Batteries do get used quite quickly.

Bought this to replace an older machine.Having 2 channels makes a real difference, you have much more choice as to where to place the pads to get the best pain relief. Being battery operated using standard 9v batteries is useful. It comes in a neat carrying case and with 2 batteries plus enough pads to last for years.
