These were purchased for our son who has extensive bunions compared to most. He is a teenager and I was always having to nag at him to wear the bunion correctors he'd had. I found these and read the reviews. Keeping in mind, what works for some, may not always work for others, so I took a chance. I am so grateful I did! He's been wearing them on his own without my reminding him to do so and the included toe separators as well during the day! No more nagging parent.. yay!He sleeps with the correctors at night and since he sleeps like a tornado, we requested the straps for the heels as well. When I reached out to ask for the heel straps, Thomas was friendly and quick to respond to our request. I very much appreciate the helpful customer service! We should be receiving those soon.As I said, these have worked out great so far and my son only takes the toe separators off during the day for football, running and other sports activities. Other than that, he uses them regularly and they do not bring the severe discomfort he was having with other brands. I am very grateful as a parent that these have worked out so well. They seem to be made of very good quality, so if and when these wear out over time, I will definitely order another pair. We have only had them a few weeks, but you can already see they have definitely helped! He will require much more wear and use of the correctors since his are so severe, however, I am confident that these have more than met our needs!

This brace does everything my old brace did, and almost as well. The straps for the second toe are a great idea, but they don’t work very well. The Velcro doesn’t hold, it pops open a few min after securing. When I do get it to stay secured, the second toe tends to start bending at the buckle instead of staying I. The proper position. Maybe a second strap farther down, or a wider strap to emerald more of the toe would work better. Still a h hmmm oof brace that gives over night relief, helps to prevent big toe from progressing inward and may even correct the toe position over a long period of use

The night time splint works fine for short periods of time. But because it restricts the toe from flexing, it is difficult to walk (e.g. to the bathroom). And it is uncomfortable to wear for a long time. It's no different than putting a bandage on a finger joint. After a while you feel like peeling it off to move the joint. Hopefully I would get more used to it. If not I will try another brand that allows flexing.There is a difference between the left and right splint which is not clearly indicated. If you put it on the wrong side your toe would be forced slightly downwards.I have not tried the toe separators.

I ordered this only needing the larger bunion corrector w/the blue Velcro strap. I really only needed the white leather strap that goes at the top bc I already have one I ordered years ago. I couldn’t order the single white leather strap. This order came w/3 items. The white rubbery ones have me an allergic reaction. I wore it all night & felt it itching & burning when I woke up & took my sock off, my foot was red like it had been burned. Not sure why this happened

I have a bunion on my left foot and of course it gets worse every year. I wear this at night to keep the big toe straight so it doesn't go pushing the rest of the toes out of alignment. For me it is comfortable but I do have nerve injury so I won't feel as much as the regular joe. It is wonderful for helping the anatomy of my foot. I have been wearing these for years and I highly recommend them!

well we all know your bunion will not be corrected by wearing this- BUT it does help to relief pain and some of the swelling that comes with the pain. as long as that is the reason for your purchase is to reduce he pain that can accompany bunions then by all means -get them.

I've only used the brace. I'm not sure it is making my bunion (only one foot has one) smaller, but it feels much better. I was experiencing a lot pain related to this bunion. I only put it on occasionally for about an hour. I believe it would help more if I used it regularly. My big toe does seem to encroach less on the others for some time after I've worn the brace. I plan to get into a routine of using it, or at least use it more.

I would never have known how to use the splint without the valuable photos posted by the Amazon customers. Thank you all. You are so very helpful.I just put it on for the first time and it's not really comfortable, but if it works it will be worth it.
