Laser failed within the first week
Initially worked perfectly. After about a week of use, the laser went dim to the point where it's not visible enough for use. Tested an alternate power supply with no improvement. Reached out to the company for a replacement, no response.

Not perfect
Bought 2 of these for a Halloween display and one did not work. The other one seemed to work great but I didn't get the effect I wanted.

Broke after 4 uses
I used this to center product photography and turned it on for roughly 30 seconds per use. After the fourth successful use, the unit powered on, but the light was barely visible. I tried an alternate power supply, but no luck. Light comes on, just room has to be pitch black to see it.

It's OK
For the price I can't complain. Worked as expected...ish. I was disappointed that the cross was not perfectly perpendicular. I wouldn't use this for very precise things but it worked for what I needed.
