The toy moves perfectly and looks good, although there were quite a few paint scratches so you could see the gray plastic but it is not that big of a deal

Bought as a joke present and created lots of laughter!! Item arrived on time and works in the sun.

Aware of other one star reviews I bought two in case one didn't work. I bought on Prime and paid more than the other suppliers thinking I'd receive better. But no, one was dead on arrival, as expected. It's no surprise really as to sell at £5.99 the manufacturing costs must be next to nothing (they're £3.99 elsewhere). Inside they're a photocell, capacitor and chip which when in the light, switches on and off repeatedly. This puts a "weedy" current into a fine wire coil, and causes a magnetic pendulum to swing, which is the action of the toy. This fine wire coil is the culprit, or rather the way the "slave labour" assemble it. The one that didn't work had shorted windings - desolder a wire and the chip switched merrily and if the coil had been OK, it would have worked... like the other one. As I'd attempted a repair (and failed) I binned it. If I want another I will buy two of the cheapest available on the off-chance of getting one good one. What gets me is nobody obviously bothered to check the products were working before sending out. Not of merchantable quality - which all goods offered for sale are supposed to be by law.
