RELIABLE AND WORKABLE!
Look, I hardly give reviews, but I'm compelled to do one for this. I even bought this product over 4 months now. Just don't go about buying anything. I develop piles even when I eat bread. Luckily I ordered this product in addition to others due to my level of suffering. I have not switched back when I switched to this organic H. I have rather thrown away the rest. Pls, pls get OH. We need to encourage honest producers and good products. I'm stronger, n men, u know what piles can do! You need to eat b4 taking or immediately after taking it pls. For me, I take 2 morning if there is something heavy in the stomach n 1 in the evening. If light stomach, I take 1 morning n 2 in the evening. The good thing is, you need say 4 days to see results. It's part of my diet now. I recommend it 101%.
Excellent product! Sorts out varicose veins, haemorrhoids and fissures if taken regularly!

So far no signs of improvement
I have a chronic fissure and along with fissure, I have piles so I decided to try this and it has been 2 weeks since I am using this product but have no signs of improvements. If anything changes I will update this review.
