Enna Cup | Twin Pack - Small | 1 X Single

I have wanted to try a cup for a while now and kept nervously putting it off but this one is brilliant. I bought a small as my periods are very light and I suffer with adenomyosis. I also have quite a high cervix so was worried that once 'up there' I wouldn't be able to get it out. Popping it in was easy, with the applicator it was just like a tampon and I used a tulip-style fold. Once in I assumed all was well, went about my day and couldn't feel a thing. It must however, have not unfolded properly because when it did pop open, I kid you not, I lept about 2ft in the air! It didn't hurt at all- just literally popped. Once I got over the shock of this, all was well and I left it in for 12 hours. Getting it out wasn't too bad at all due to the 'tail'. As I have a high cervix, I could only just reach the bottom of the cup and couldn't pinch hold of it. So I found, squatting and bearing down whilst pulling on the tail gently allowed it to drop 1 inch lower so I could then princh the base and pull it out. I did find I got some more period- style cramps when it was in but again this is due to my adenomyosis and I'm sure a cup sits higher than a tampon which is probably why. All in all, I'm very pleased considering this was my first attempt and would happily recommend to menstrual- cup newbies!

The price on Amazon is great to start with. About the cup, I really like it. It is my first time ever using one.I like the applicator, it is really helpful to put the cup in the right place.I have to admite that I am still getting used to take it out. It is very fidgety to remove so I am still finding my way... But rest assured, the cup will always come out don’t worry!! I almost panicked thinking that I could not take it out but managed everytime... Taking it off in the shower helps too. :-)I am loving my new cup and the quality of it is amazing, plus having 2 cups even better.

My cup and I are just getting acquainted this month and so far so good. It's my first time using a cup so I was quite excited when aunt Flow came to visit. No leaks from me.At first I thought it would be icky to fiddle around up there and put the cup in and out but its actually fine hahaha.String doesn't snap if you don't use it as a pull string, it's only supposed to lead you to the cup base so you can pinch the base pull on it.I don't feel the string at all because it's so thin which is what I hoped for..The applicator has been useless for me which is funny because I actuality bought this particular one because of it.All in all a good cup and a good alternative to tampon and pads.

I've recently switch to menstrual cups but I'm having a hard time finding the right one for me. I'm sorry if this review it's TMI but I hope it's helpful. Firstly, I bought this cup because of the applicator but honestly, this is a bit useless and I much prefer using the cup on its own. I wouldn't recommend buying the applicator, it's messy and makes the cup jump all over the place. Secondly, I'm happy with the cup, it is soft, small, easy to introduce and the long string makes finding it inside very easy. Unfortunately, it is too short in length for me because I have a high cervix and so removing the cup is a bit of a nightmare. In summary, if you don't have a high cervix I highly recommend this cup because I think it works great and the price it's very good. However, if like me you have a high cervix, I wouldn't recommend this cup purely because of its length.

First time using cup, choose this product due to applicator also included in the box but eventually stopped trying to insert useing the applicator. I easily inserted cup without the use of the aid.For the first time user the thin silicon string (not intended for removal) is good as gives u that confidence when starting out when trying to remove it really help u find the base of cup for removal.Also really liked that you get 2 cups in the set and the container intended for sterilisation and as storage box. Would recommend this product to people starting out with the cup

J'ai réussi à le positionner une fois, se fut efficace. Le retrait être plus simple que je le pensais. En revanche, je n'y suis pas arrivée le lendemain, c'est vraiment pas pratique de l'insérer même avec un applicateur.

Das Wichtigste zuerst: Ich empfehle, die Tasse nicht so weit einzuführen, wie es irgend möglich ist.Ich hatte schon eine Tasse eines anderen Herstellers in einer Drogerie gekauft. Sie war ziemlich groß und fest und saugte sich sehr fest, so dass man damit schröpfen könnte (ich habe es einfach mal am Schenkel ausprobiert, um ein Gefühl für die Saugwirkung zu bekommen) - Das fand ich schon etwas beängstigend. Abgesehen davon, ist es mir nicht gelungen, sie einzuführen. Nicht mal ansatzweise.Die Enna Tasse hingegen ist klein, weich und geschmeidig. Zusammengefaltet ist sie etwa so groß, wie ein Tampon der Größe: "Super". Sie hat oben im Ring vier kleine Löcher, die ein Vakuum verhindern. Schröpfen ist hiermit nicht möglich.Im Lieferumfang sind zwei Tassen der Größe: S, ein Becher mit Deckel zum Transport und zum Sterilisieren mit kochendem Wasser, oder in der Mikrowelle, eine Bedienungsanleitung in vielen Sprachen, u.a. auf Deutsch, mit Abbildungen und das Beste: Ein Applikator zum Einführen.Der Applikator ist aus Plastik, schön rund, also ohne Nähte, Haken, oder dergleichen und hat den Durchmesser von ca. einem Tampon der Größe: "Normal".Man faltet die sterilisierte Tasse, spannt sie in den Applikator ein (der Durchmesser von Applikator und eingespannter Tasse zusammen dürfte die Größe eines "Super" Tampons haben), führt diesen ein, löst den Applikator aus und fertig. Die Tasse spannt sich im inneren des Körpers auf, wie ein Regenschirm. Hat bei mir beim ersten Versuch geklappt.Ich möchte an dieser Stelle (und daher schreibe ich überhaupt diese Bewertung) nur davor warnen, den Applikator so weit, wie möglich, einzuführen, denn die Tasse muss auch wieder heraus. Das ist u. U. nicht ganz so einfach. Erstens "verführt" der Applikator dazu, sie sehr weit einzuführen, weil es ohne Weiteres möglich ist. Zweitens hat man evtl. durch die Verwendung von Tampons in Hinterkopf: "So weit, wie es geht, ist am Besten..."Der dünne Schweif mit der Kugel am Ende ist nicht zum Herausziehen der Tasse gedacht! Er würde wahrscheinlich auch abreißen, wenn man kräftig daran zieht. Er dient der Justierung der Tasse im Applikator und deren Wiederfinden im Körper. Um sie herauszuziehen, muss man mit einem Finger den Boden der Tasse mit den Rillen ertasten, das Vakuum lösen (wenn möglich am Besen seitlich und so weit oben, wie möglich) und den gerillten Boden mit zwei Fingern fassen und die Tasse daran herausziehen. Das sollte man wissen, bevor man sie platziert.Die Tasse erfüllt ihren Zweck gut und auch die Handhabung ist sauberer, als ich erwartet habe. Sie ist Latexfrei, wird in Spanien hergestellt und besteht aus medizinischen Silikon.

Non metto mai recensioni ma questa coppetta se l’è proprio meritata. Usavo la coppetta organicup da un paio di anni ma non mi ci sono mai trovata bene (mi dava fastidio, non riuscivo ad urinare perché premeva sull’uretra, mi dava irritazione e ogni tanto strabordava). Mi sono decisa a provare questa tra le tante in commercio e ho fatto la scelta migliore in assoluto: non si sente minimamente, non mi da nessunissimo problema ed è super capiente, l’ho tenuta il primo giorno di ciclo circa 12 ore per testarla e ha retto perfettamente. La amo, mi ha svoltato la vita!È dotata del suo contenitore super utile per disinfettarla, l’unica pecca (se così si può dire) è che l’applicatore per infilarla è inutile e non funziona, ma una volta che ci prendi la mano va benissimo anche senza.

Ya llevo 7 meses usándola por lo que puedo dar una mejor opinión. Es mi primera copa menstrual y tras ver y leer muchas opiniones de distintas copas, me decidí por esta. Y acerté. Me gustó mucho que tenga un hilito (no para tirar) me da más seguridad y me encantó que la empresa te la cambie si te equivocas de talla. Es súper cómoda, el hilo no molesta, no se ha "amarilleado", no ha cogido olores (impresionada estoy de que al usar copa no hay "olor a regla" como sí lo había con compresas y tampones, solo huele a sangre)... El único inconveniente es el aplicador, es un engorro, la parte que hace de émbolo no hace más que caerse, podría tener unos topes y la copa se abre antes de "intentar" introducirla (no sé si será por la talla). Es mucho más fácil y rápido colocártela con los dedos. Si os decidís por esta, compradla sin el aplicador.Ahora unos consejos de novata:1. Al principio es complicado aprender a colocarla y quitarla. Yo tardé 3 días en aprender y practiqué antes de la menstruación por si salía mal, no ponerlo todo perdido.2. No se introduce tan adentro como un tampón. Para mí es más fácil introducirla sentándome en el WC y al introducirla apuntando hacia el ano.3. Para sacarla, lo primero mantén la calma, no se ha perdido allí dentro. Si no puedes, inténtalo más tarde. Hay que estar relajada y empujar como si estuvieras meando, la copa irá bajando. Cuando alcances la base, rompe el vacío introduciendo un dedo por un lateral y tira de la base (no del hilo) si te es más cómodo saca la copa doblada.Y esto es todo, ha sido un descubrimiento. Te ahorras un montón de dinero y ayudas al planeta. No se puede pedir más. (^0^)
